- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 ½ cups chopped apples
- ½ cup Patience Fruit & Co Organic Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt, plain or vanilla
- additional milk, to preference
Combine oats, water, milk, chopped apples, cranberries, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in the slow cooker and stir well.
Cook on high for 1 ½ hours, or low for 4 hours.
Stir in yogurt and additional milk to achieve desired oatmeal consistency.
Stir in vanilla yogurt and additional milk to achieve desired oatmeal consistency.
Serve topped with additional dried cranberries.
