Merry Christmas Eve! We actually have a very laid back and relaxing holiday planned. Marc works today but has tomorrow off (well technically he’s on-call but fingers crossed he doesn’t get called in!). We are staying home and having a quiet Christmas with the three of us. It will be a lot different than most Christmas’s but I’m looking forward to it!
This week’s meal plan is mostly appetizers and side dishes, as ideas for you for the holiday week ahead. Next week we’ll resume lots of healthy dinners to get your year started off on the right foot!
