Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin is an easy and delicious grilling recipe that can also be made into a summer freezer meal! A homemade honey mustard dressing is made with honey, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and onion powder, and is so full of flavor.
Pork tenderloin is one of the most underrated cuts of meat, in my opinion. Not only is it always super affordable, but it takes on flavor just like chicken breasts do, is lean, and super tender! I love making it in the Instant Pot, but grilling it is my second favorite way to prepare it. I made this honey mustard pork tenderloin as part of my grilling freezer meal series and it is just so delicious! Served with some grilled asparagus and crusty grilled bread, it’s the perfect summer dinner!
Pork Tenderloin – I love using pork tenderloin as a lean cut of meat that is very economical!
Honey – equal amounts of honey and dijon mustard lend a great balance of sweet and tangy!
Dijon Mustard – a great dijon mustard will really make this pork tenderloin recipe stand out!
Apple Cider Vinegar
Onion Powder – onion powder gives this pork tenderloin some great flavor.
Salt
To start, combine the honey, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well to combine. Add the pork tenderloin to a plastic bag (if you’re going to make this a freezer meal) or to a tupperware container if you’re not making this a freezer meal. Add the honey mustard to the Ziploc or tupperware container and make sure the pork tenderloin is covered.
If you are making this into a summer freezer meal, simply label it and then place it in the freezer until you’re ready to use. When you’re ready to make it, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight.
Once you’er ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the pork on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. You’ll want to turn it after 8-10 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes and then slice and enjoy!

I love the pork tenderloin. I like this recipe, it’s easy to prepare as ready meals. I can prepare it on weekends by storing it in the freezer and cook it on weekday.
